We are thrilled Plumrose USA has decided to invest in this important community project. We are optimistic the revitalization of the Tolson Center and Park will significantly improve the quality of life for the entire Elkhart community. The addition of a soccer complex to the park, including an artificial turf field with lighting for evening play, will be the centerpiece of the park renovations.
