Through its Hometown Strong initiative, Pilgrim’s today announced plans to donate $575,000 to help Cold Spring, Minn., respond to needs resulting from the coronavirus pandemic and invest in the community’s future. “As a large employer in Cold Spring, we take our responsibility of being a good neighbor very seriously,” said Wesley Smith, Pilgrim’s Cold Spring Complex Manager. “During the past few months, we have been completely focused on protecting our team members and keeping the COVID-19 virus out of our facility. In partnership with members of the community, we look forward to investing in the future of our hometown during such a critical time.”
