JBS Establishes Revolving Housing Fund
A JBS investment of $1 million will create a Revolving Housing Fund to be developed in phases. JBS and the City of Beardstown are working together to create affordable family homes and remove obstacles to homeownership for the Beardstown community. In February 2022, JBS purchased approximately 37 acres of farmland just East of Beardstown, which the city has now annexed into the city limits.
