Pilgrim’s Gift Will Fund Construction of Agricultural Education Center

A $190,000 donation from Pilgrim’s will fund construction of an agricultural education center on 20 acres of land already owned by Central Middle School. Ten acres would be devoted to a pasture with animal handling facilities, as well as fruit and vegetable production. The facility will serve as an education portal for FFA members and young farmers in the region.

Partner: Carroll County Schools
Completion Date: 2023

The investment Pilgrim’s is making in agricultural education in Carroll County Schools will make a difference in the education of many students from all over our county. The opportunity to partner with Pilgrim’s is a blessing, and I am very excited for the future of agricultural education in Carroll County.
