JBS USA Gift Will Help Cache County School District to Continue Offering After-School Programs
A $345,000 gift from JBS USA will fund two teachers and two para-professionals for three schools (Lincoln Elementary, Canyon Elementary and Nibley Elementary) for three years each, enabling the district to continue offering after-school programs that build on educational skills. The programs also gives Cache Valley youth a safe, supervised place to spend time while their parents work. Additionally, the JBS USA funds will cover additional costs associated with running the programs, such as healthy snacks and supplies for students and staff.
