JBS USA Investment Will Help Revamp Dumas Little League Complex

This JBS USA gift, together with already-planned investment from the City of Dumas, will give the Dumas Little League Complex a facelift, making it much more user-friendly and safe place for the 500+ youths in the community who use it. The project includes updating or renovating bleachers, storage for maintenance equipment and supplies, an infield groomer, batting cages, portable pitchers mounds, concession stand and field supplies, such as rakes, hand drags, chalk machine and more. Total budget for the project is $420,000.

Thanks to the JBS USA and Pilgrim’s Hometown Strong initiative, Texas will have even more support and greater access to crucial resources as we respond to COVID-19. This $6.5 million investment will help strengthen community infrastructure, provide additional COVID-19 response and relief resources, and help alleviate food insecurity. I am grateful to JBS USA and Pilgrim’s for their commitment to supporting their hard working employees, as well as their communities.
