JBS USA Donation Sets Stage for Community’s Largest Event
Island Grove Regional Park hosts 650,000 visitors annually and is an integral part of our team members’ lives and recreation by providing a place for the annual Greeley Stampede, the annual Blues Jam and other concerts, the Weld County Fair, a sports complex, children’s playground, buildings for rent and many other community activities. By adding a stage, the city of Greeley anticipates it will be able to attract 3-5 new events in 2021, and hopes to grow that number each year.
Partner: Greeley Stampede, City of Greeley
Target Completion Date: TBD
A hallmark of capitalism, at its best, is when businesses reinvest in the communities in which they do business. I appreciate the investment JBS is making in Greeley to not only benefit their employees but the community as a whole. I would also like to specifically thank the employees at JBS who have served to provide food for our nation.
