JBS gives Beardstown Schools $115,000

Cass County (Ill.) Star-Gazette - JBS has donated $115,000 to the Beardstown School District. During the Beardstown Board of Education meeting held Dec. 17, Superintendent Ron Gilbert said some of the funds will go to a new digital scoreboard at the sports field. This will include all outdoor sports held there, not just football. It will also be applied to the acquisition of a new digital marquee for the school among other things.
