Part of the money will be used to promote JBS employee wellness by providing memberships to all Louisville employees over the next five years. JBS USA to donate $1 million to YMCA of Greater Louisville’s Downtown Family YMCA

Louisville (Ky.) Courier-Journal - LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A national food processing company with a large pork production facility in the Derby City area announced Wednesday it is pledging $1 million to the YMCA of Greater Louisville’s Downtown Family YMCA. JBS USA, which is headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, is giving the donation to the YMCA at 555 S. 2nd St. through its $50 million Hometown Strong initiative, in which the company donates to communities across the country where it has plants.
